50s: John Gabetti based in Turin, the first real estate brokerage firm, addressed mainly to the residential market.
60s-80s: we realize the diversification of business Gabetti with real estate financing, assistance in the field of industrial property and for tertiary studies and the strengthening of the office. Gabetti becomes a holding company.
March 1990: Gabetti Holding, now the largest real estate brokerage company Italian is a publicly traded consolidating the approach of transparency and market orientation that has always distinguished.
90s: through the project Franchising, Gabetti expands its network of agencies providing a growing presence throughout the country. At the same time expanded the range of products and services with new divisions and specialized companies.
January 2006: Gabetti Industrial Holding presents the Strategic Plan 2006-2008 which proposes ambitious targets and plans to enter new markets contiguous to the real estate business. In this context becomes Gabetti Holding Gabetti Property Solutions. Gabetti Spa becomes Gabetti Property Solutions Agency SpA, with a view renewal, which affects the Group Gabetti, Gabetti Agency is expanding its range of services that is becoming more complete.
February 2006: Agency has the Gabetti Point Open, the first interactive display in Italy, through which access to the entire database of properties 24 hours 24.
March 2006: born Gabetti Finance, the company with which the Group will operate under the credit mediation and promotion of traditional and alternative financial products.
May 2006: Gabetti Property Solutions Services acquires Abacus, a company active in the management of real estate, service technicians and management processes of acquisition and disposal.
February 2007: the Special Meeting of Shareholders of Gabetti Property Solutions approves the merger of The Gaiana in Gabetti Property Solutions.
May 2007: Becomes the operational merger of Gabetti Property Solutions and The Gaiana. The merger is aimed at the integration of two companies is highly complementary to each other, operating in adjacent market segments, enabling you to achieve greater diversification in the revenue mix.
